Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy At Abundance Coffee + Marketplace, we take pride in hosting events that bring our community together. To ensure that everyone has the opportunity to enjoy these experiences, we have established the following cancellation policy for events: No-Show Policy: Guests who do not attend their scheduled event without prior notice will be charged the full event fee. Cancellations with Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice: If you cancel your reservation less than 24 hours before the event, a cancellation fee of 50% of the event cost will apply. Rescheduling: We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before the event, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request based on availability. This policy helps us prepare for events, manage resources effectively, and ensure a great experience for all attendees. Thank you for your understanding and support!
